We offer any and all floral arrangements. Large scale events, weddings, funerals and birthdays. Also, small prom corsages and bouquets. We will create a very special arrangement just for you.
What do you specialize in?
Fresh flowers, handmade arrangements, tailormade floral and gift sets.
Shipping in United states only and delivery if available local for a fee.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are register with the state of California. Our LLC provides us with insurance and resale terms and conditions.
Policy on orders and payments
All orders must be placed within five business days of desired event date, with event form filed and confirmed by Nora j flower house management with confirmation.
Please allow 24 hours for a response via email for you initial response and confirmation.
50% non refundable deposit will be
due to secure all order, or payment in full
Two weeks before date of event, payment needs to be in full.
Three weeks before date of event NO changes can be made to existing contract .
All orders must be signed for by designated signee in contract upon delivery or pickup.

pay deposit and fill out client contract. Receive products.

After order is satisfied, inspected and signed for, all other concerns after your order is complete we are not liable for.

Change water regularly. use flower food or a 1TBS of bleach in water.
leave in cool temperatures.
Box arrangements are more tender, remove the box green and soak in water.
